  Mr. Cousins will definitely negotiate in a way that benefits both parties. You will more than likely win your case. However, during the negotiation process, he will likely negotiate attorney fees for himself that will not be deducted from your overall balance. In other words, those attorney fees would be paid separately and would not reduce the amount you owe.

  Patrick Cousins is “THE” lemon lawyer. I do not hesitate to refer him, and when I finally had my own lemon to deal with, there was only one choice. I hated having to be at the dealership over and over with my brand new car, nobody over there believed me about the problem. Mr Cousins and his team got me out of the car, which is all I wanted!!! Just kidding, they also got all my money back and then some. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I also appreciated that i could get through to a real person with knowledge of my case every time I called. thank you Cousins Law.
