- RHRogers HemphillJun 22, 20265.0We had exhausted reasonable discussions with our insurance company regarding our claim from Hurricane Ian. After contacting Stockholm Law Group we started working with Kelly Fantetti to assist us in moving forward with our claim. Kelly was most helpful with our case - not just interfacing with the insurance company, but also providing guidance to my wife and me. The net result was that reached an accommodation that we settled upon. The journey was completed after more than 3 years after the storm. We thank Kelly and the Stockham Law Group for their professional support/assistance in handling our claim. Though I hope that we do not have any insurance claims in the future, should we, we’ll definitely be contacting the Stockham Law Group.

Nicole Vinson was extremely professional, helpful and easy to work with. She and Tammy Varn, her Para Legal, were always available to answer any questions I had. They always kept me well informed as to what was going on with my claim. It eventually needed to be resolved in a mediation, and Nicole was terrific. I will definitely be recommending fhe Stockholm Law Group to others.

The damage was such that the roof, by law had to be replaced, but our insurer refused despite over one years effort on our part, which forced us to hire a lawyer. I researched several and chose Stockham Law Group. We worked extensively with Ashley and Ms. Stockham and eventually the insurer settled, netting us the full replacement cost of the roof. Donna and her staff were top notch and I would recommend them without reservation.
