  After my car accident, I did what I assume most people do — I started calling personal injury firms. I called several. Every single one turned me down. The reason was always some version of the same thing: my injuries weren't severe enough to be worth their time. I wasn't in a coma nor permanently disabled, so there was nothing in it for them. This was my first accident resulting in injuries, and I had no idea that's how it worked. I assumed that if you were hurt and someone else was at fault, you could get help. Instead I learned pretty quickly that a lot of firms are only interested in the cases that pay well. It was demoralizing. The worst part was that I felt I had no choice but to avoid treatment out of fear of what the bills would look like, and had no idea who was going to pay them. So I put it off. Meanwhile my vehicle was damaged and the insurance company wasn't in any hurry to make things right, and I'd been told over and over that my situation wasn't worth anyone's attention. At a certain point I gave up and figured I'd just have to deal with it on my own. Then someone referred me to Roman Austin. I called mostly out of habit at that point, not expecting much. Their team actually listened. They took the time to understand what happened and what I was dealing with, and they were the only firm willing to take my case. The difference was immediate. The physical therapy I'd been putting off — they figured out how to get it covered, so I could finally go get treated instead of sitting at home hoping it got better on its own. And when the insurance company started dragging its feet and trying to avoid covering the damage to my vehicle, Roman Austin pushed back on my behalf. I didn't have to argue with anyone or figure out what my rights were. They dealt with it. Honestly, the biggest relief was not dealing with this alone anymore. Having someone in your corner who knows the system and is actually willing to fight for you is a huge weight off your shoulders. If you've been turned away by other firms and you're starting to think nobody's going to help you — call them. I'm certainly glad I did!

  I was really Happy to find Roman Austin Attourney's I was disappointed they were unable to help me, but that was okay, I received a call from Taylor to talk about my case, and she was very nice and very sweet..I was very Happy to meet her in person the next day..I feel she is an asset to your firm, she made me feel like family from the time i walked in until the time I left..If ever I need, but I hope i won't I will definitely contact your firm...Thank You...
