  Lopez Law Group and Geoffrey Pheiffer did a remarkable job on bring resolution to a moving issue, from Florida to South Carolina. The professionalism and knowledge they provided, in contrast to the lack of professionalism and communication from our movers, was a relief. While I hated having to resort to getting legal advise and starting legal measures, Lopez/Phiffer always went the extra mile to ensure us that they would be behind us every step of the way. It was refreshing to know that some people still have the consumers best interests in mind!

  Let me save you the headache I gave myself. I am a long time landlord in Tampa Bay, for a really long time. I have seen it all. And I still managed to serve a three day notice wrong and blow up my own eviction case before it even got started. One mistake in the paperwork. That is all it takes.   I have been flipping properties in Florida for years and real estate transactions move fast. You need an attorney who can keep up, knows the paperwork cold, and does not slow your deal down. Sean Lopez is exactly that guy. I have run multiple closings through The Lopez Law Group and Sean handles them the way they should be handled. Smooth, thorough, and on time. When you are a flipper, time is money and Sean understands that. But where Sean really earns it is HOA disputes. I have dealt with some genuinely negligent associations over the years and Sean does not mess around. He knows exactly how to hold them accountable and he is not intimidated by the process. If you have an HOA that is ignoring its obligations and making your life difficult, Sean is the one to call. He also helped me go after a neighbor whose trees were encroaching on my property line and causing damage. That situation was a headache and Sean handled it cleanly and got it resolved. My neighbor paid for it. Enough said. If you are in real estate in any capacity, whether you are flipping, closing, or fighting a negligent HOA, Sean Lopez and The Lopez Law Group are who you want in your corner.   When the rental van I was riding in flipped over at Malfunction Junction, I was scared out of my mind. Who is going to pay for this? Who is responsible? What do I do next? My head was spinning, and not just from the accident. Another driver made a left-hand turn and hit the side of the vehicle right where I was sitting. Liability was contested from jump. I walked away with a fractured wrist and a mild head injury, and the other side was already making it difficult. I walked into The Lopez Law Group's Tampa office at 1205 N Franklin Street not knowing what to expect. They calmed every single one of those questions down. No runaround, no confusion. They knew exactly what to do and made sure I never had to figure any of it out on my own. Sean and Geoff were tough as nails. They worked every angle and refused to just take whatever was offered. These are attorneys who actually go to bat for real people, not the institutions trying to pay out as little as possible. I am doing okay now. And I am beyond grateful I made that call.
