  I had a great experience with the Law Office of Robert M. Geller during my bankruptcy process. Filing for bankruptcy can be incredibly stressful, but Paula, my paralegal, made the entire experience so much easier. She was knowledgeable, patient, and always took the time to explain everything clearly.   Filing for bankruptcy was one of the hardest and most embarrassing things I’ve ever had to do. I was scared, overwhelmed, and had a million questions. From the very beginning, attorney Frank T. Papa and paralegal Paula treated me with kindness, respect, and absolutely no judgment. One thing I appreciated most about Frank was that he never made me feel like my questions were a burden. Bankruptcy law is what he does every day, but he understood that it was completely new to me. Whenever I didn’t understand something, he encouraged me to ask, and he would explain it again in a way that actually made sense. I’m someone who likes to understand why things happen, not just what to do, and he always took the time to make sure I understood my options and what to expect. Paula was equally amazing. She was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even during one of the most stressful times of my life, she made me feel comfortable and supported. I’ve read some reviews that mention communication, so I wanted to share my personal experience. Yes, this is a busy law office, and I didn’t expect replies within a couple of hours. Every time something was important or there was a deadline, they were there. Nothing was ever missed in my case. I also think it’s important for future clients to understand that this process is a partnership. Read the information they send you, complete your paperwork on time, and be completely honest with your attorney. Your lawyer can only work with the information you provide. In my own case, any delays were because I had additional information come up…not because of the office. If you’re considering filing bankruptcy, know that this office will treat you with dignity. They aren’t there to judge you…..they’re there to help you get a fresh start. My experience with Frank T. Papa and Paula was outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone going through this difficult process.

  From the paralegal to the attorney, they walk you through the entire process. They make sure you’re comfortable with all of the information that’s disseminated. It’s such a smooth process.
