  Great Experience with the Law Offices of Robert M. Geller! I highly recommend the Law Offices of Robert M. Geller! Our family has had a great experience with this firm. They helped our son with his bankruptcy about a year ago, and because of that positive experience, we decided to use their services for our own bankruptcy. I especially want to recognize Vanessa, our paralegal, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout the process. She has been supportive, patient, and very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. I truly appreciate how quickly she responds and how she keeps everything moving along. I also want to thank Attorney Kimberly McIntyre, who took over our case from our original attorney, Hamad. Kimberly made the transition smooth and took the time to listen to our concerns, especially regarding the valuation of our vehicles. She was willing to review the additional documentation we provided and work with us to make sure everything was handled appropriately. Although we had to schedule another appointment to complete our signing, Kimberly made the process much easier than we anticipated. We appreciated her patience, professionalism, and willingness to address our concerns rather than rush through the paperwork. Going through bankruptcy is never an easy decision, but having the right people helping you makes a big difference. Vanessa and Kimberly made us feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout the process. After having this firm assist both our son and now us, I can genuinely say that we've been pleased with the service we've received. If you're looking for a bankruptcy law firm that communicates well, treats you with respect, and takes the time to address your concerns, I would definitely recommend the Law Offices of Robert M.   If I could give this firm ZERO stars, I absolutely would! Please be very careful and read their attorney retainer agreement thoroughly before signing. The wording in the contract did not match the information provided during my consultation, and I found the discrepancy extremely misleading. During the consultation, I was told that they would begin filing my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case once I paid the deposit. However, after carefully reviewing the contract, I discovered that it stated they would not file my case until the entire total nonrefundable fee was paid in full. The engagement fee and the total attorney fee were two separate things, and that distinction was not made clear to me during the consultation. Thankfully, I contacted an old friend of mine who is a paralegal, and they helped me take a closer look at the contract before I committed to anything. Thank God I read the fine print! Otherwise, I could have been making payments for months, believing my case was moving forward, only to discover that my bankruptcy petition would not be filed until the entire fee was paid. Imagine paying for months and still waiting for your case to be filed! LOL 😂 My advice to anyone considering this firm: READ EVERY WORD OF THE CONTRACT, ASK QUESTIONS, AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE YOU PAY. Do not rely solely on what you are told during a consultation. Make sure the written agreement actually reflects what you were promised. I’m glad I caught this before moving forward. Please do your due diligence and protect yourself!

I would most definitely recommend them to anyone that is going through the same situation that I am going through. I love Vanessa, she is my paralegal & she’s great! She is very informative & answered all of my questions to the best of her abilities.
