Avoid this Law firm at all costs. They are high pressure, almost like salesman to take your case and promise you the moon. The system that they use to procure your documents is useless. Nobody knows if or when you sent your information, and it just disappears. After a years time, I finally got an answer that they in fact do have actual offices with human interaction. Only after I wished to drop the law firm. Ironically after asking for my paid in full retainer fee after being jerked around endlessly I was told that the actual amount of time they had my case, on a random date I decided to part ways worked out to be exactly the amount of the retainer fee they incurred in fees. Amazing. I tried twice to drop them, they talked me out of it like car salesman, just to string you along. Good thing I finally parted ways before bills for their incompetence started showing up. You will never receive anything in writing from them ever. All smoke and mirrors. Just their secret portal. Biggest waste of $3500 in my life. They were never able to help anyway because I couldn't pass the means test in the beginning, but they still signed me up to get those fees! Slick frauds, will never work out in your favor. Save your money, you'll be in worst financial state than you were with these frauds.

The worst Law Firm my mother has ever worked with, they never pick up the phone, they never reply to messages, it’s always a mystery who does what in the departments, My mom wanted to get some relieve but instead it’s an ongoing headache this firm, she doesn’t even sleep due to all the questions she had after her meeting with the court, the only that helped my mom was the young lady named “sarae” she help her with questions and got her ready for her meeting but after that, NOTHING!! no attorney, no paralegal, no nothing, it’s so disappointing how such a “GREAT” firm handles their clients, I am dissatisfied with this firm, My mom has sent more message, no Sarae doesn’t even respond

I have been systematically locked out of local firms by my husband when my divorce began a year ago. I have battled on my own as a Pro Se and endured incessant litigation abuse at the hands of my husband and his legal counsel. I have desperately tried to seek legal counsel and came here because of their experience in Domestic Violence and their boasted agressive legal posture to secure funds from a spouse that is monopolizing the marital finances. I was full of hope that I might finally see relief from the abuse, relief from being out against a seasoned lawyer out for my head and willing to pursue unsubstantiated allegations in order to cripple me in this divorce. Yet the minute I revealed the financial disparity, I was told to shove off and find another lawyer, perhaps Bay Area Legal, despite that I explained having been turned away by them multiple times as well. Dont seek legal counsel for your domestic abuse divorce if you don’t have the money to line their pockets despite being a large enough firm to absorb the time it would take to secure their retainer. They aren’t interested in protecting the victims of domestic abuse, and could care less about your plight. At the end of my consultation I felt like an actual waste of space, not worthy of even a moment of serious consideration with all the information. I wasn’t even heard. I was dismissed. I hope your money helps you sleep at night while a single mother struggles to survive continued abuse, extreme poverty, and character annihilation by her abuser for no other reason than no one caring about the lives of people they’ll never have to see again. Disgraceful.

I initially hired this law firm after going through one of the most difficult periods of my life, having lost my partner and nearly everything in a single day. I trusted their guidance and was advised to file Chapter 13 with high monthly payments. I believed they had my best interests in mind. Unfortunately, once I paid their fees, communication became extremely difficult. It was nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and messages through their client portal often went unanswered for weeks or even months. About a year into my Chapter 13 case, I was told they could convert my case to a Chapter 7, which sounded like a much better option. Then I received a call from a different attorney informing me that my case had been dismissed because I missed a payment. The problem was that I had been specifically instructed by one of their attorneys not to make that month's payment because I had overpaid the previous month while they were adjusting my payment amount. After being spoken to disrespectfully, they eventually researched the issue and admitted I had done exactly what they instructed. By then, however, my case had already been dismissed. I was forced to start the process over from the beginning, which meant paying them even more money. Communication continued to be poor, and I was later told I would need to spend even more money to file the Chapter 7. It's frustrating because people seek bankruptcy relief due to financial hardship, not because they have extra money to spend. I also confirmed with the Florida trustee that the payments I had made into the plan had been received and was paid out to them. My experience left me feeling like I was treated as just another case number rather than a person going through an incredibly difficult situation. Given everything that happened—and despite them knowing my circumstances—I felt taken advantage of instead of supported. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience. If you're looking for an attorney who communicates consistently and genuinely advocates for your best interests throughout the process, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
