  There is customer service, and then there is the pinnacle of customer service. I put Costco and Amazon in that category, and now I put Betty at Jack Bernstein Injury Attorneys right there with them. Anyone who has ever dealt with a law firm knows the questions that really matter. Do they answer the phone? Do they call you back? Do they actually listen? Do they explain things in a way a normal person can understand? Do they keep you updated without making you chase them? And most importantly, when you're going through one of the hardest periods of your life, do they treat you like a person instead of another case number? Betty checks every one of those boxes and then some. She is responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to listen. You can ask questions without feeling like you're bothering someone, and when something needs attention, she gets on it. That may sound simple, but anyone who has dealt with lawyers, insurance companies, or a serious injury knows how rare that level of service actually is. What impressed me most is the consistency. Great customer service isn't answering the phone once or being nice when you first sign up. It's being there throughout the process, keeping your word, communicating, and making sure the client knows what's going on. Betty does that exceptionally well. Jack Bernstein Injury Attorneys should know they have someone special representing their firm. Betty sets the standard for what customer service at a law office should look like.
