On Tuesday, I get an email referring me to a different attorney, but the emailer didn’t identify herself or mention canceling our appointment, so I assumed she was with a different firm I had previously called. The day before my expected appointment I realized the email came from this law office. When I called, she confirmed the appointment was canceled because they don’t take cases of my kind. I would have appreciated more professionalism in the email and not canceling my appointment at the last minute, because the issue I need an attorney for is super time sensitive and now we have to start at square one and find someone else.
