  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Gufford and his team. I reached out during one of the most stressful and overwhelming situations my family has ever faced. I was desperately trying to find someone who could help. Mr. Gufford spent well over an hour with me, patiently listening, gathering information, answering every question, and immediately preparing to take action. Even with the July 4th holiday approaching, he and his team were ready to move quickly to help my father. As it turned out, we ended up not needing to retain legal representation, Even so, I will never forget the compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern Mr. Gufford showed our family. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was just another phone call. I felt heard, supported, and given hope during one of the most difficult moments of my life. If you’re looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate, and truly cares about the people he serves, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Gufford. I am incredibly grateful for the time, kindness, and guidance he provided, and I would not hesitate to call him again if the need ever arose.

  Stay away from this law firm. I never completely felt good about this law firm however I was already in too deep trying to get custody of my grandson. He charged an absorbent amount of a retainer so when the case is over he can keep the retainer for work not done. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Florida bar. Any ethical lawyer would return the difference in the retainer and not line their own pockets. This is why people don’t like attorneys and it’s not like it’s a couple hundred dollars it’s $2700. After the final court date, I contacted his paralegal and inquired about how much money I had left and that’s when I was told I had the $2700 Remaining unused retainer, and I’m being told it’s nonrefundable This is work. He did not complete so why are we paying attorneys for work? They didn’t do. This 100 percent accurate On refusing to return unused retainers. Be cautious and when giving this law firm any retainer because it will be gone even the unused portion of your money

  Mr. Gufford helped me tremendously, even though he did not represent me because of the type of work I needed done that wasn’t what he specialized in, but he recommended me a very good attorney for what I needed at no cost. He really cares about what he does, I’d hire him in a minute.
