  I’ve never written a review in my life, but I want to share my experience with the Roman Austin Personal Injury Lawyers. These folks are good, REALLY GOOD! I was T-Boned by a car that ran through a Stop Sign and was seriously injured. I didn’t know where to go for help with so many law firms on TV screaming at me that they are the ones for me, that they have the right recipe for success, that they have my back. A good friend suggested that I give Roman Austin a call. I did and right away I knew that I made the right choice. Everyone at the firm was so very kind and helpful. I found out quickly that they have the resources, expertise, and experience to go toe to toe with the giant insurance companies. They do not settle a case just so they can quickly pocket a fee and go on to another case. They fight and fight until the insurance companies finally give in and make the settlement that your case deserves. Many of the law firms that spend a fortune on TV ads will often hand your case off from one lawyer to another. With Roman Austin the attorney you start with handles your case all the way through to a successful conclusion. My attorney, Miles Hickman, was in every way a perfect gentleman and a perfect advocate. He was a pit bull who didn’t give up until he accomplished what he set out do - get me the best settlement imaginable. A settlement that will be life changing for me. Thank you Mr. Hickman.   I was T-boned at a red light in some months back and reached out to this firm for help with my case. While the settlement wasn’t huge, I was really impressed by how professionally they handled everything. Even when my assigned contact was sometimes hard to reach, someone else on the team always stepped in and made sure I got a response. That level of communication and care made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a firm that actually treats clients like people, not just case numbers.
