  From beginning to end, Ms. Blackburn and her assistant exceeded my expectations. I moved from NY to St Pete and needed to update my trust. But I learned so much that the lawyer in NY didn't explain to me. Cathy took the time to educate me, to explain every component from the Will, to the Trust, to the Power of Attorney and much more. She is patient, intelligent, professional and totally competent and knows the law in and out, She went above and beyond. I left with a binder containing a printed copy of all the documents and a Flashdrive as well. I'm now more educated in the complex legal jargon of life ((death) planning, which is necessary. Kim, Cathy's assistant is efficient, kind and they make a strong team. They are detailed oriented and nothing escapes them. Above all, I felt Cathy really cared about providing me the necessary information so I could make informed decisions. And she was patient and explained things more than once when I diidnt understand a concept. Despite having a PhD in English Education, the legal jargon is a foreign language to me. You are in the best legal hands in St Pete with Catherine Blackburn. Do not go someplace else. She is the best.

  A nice group. My attorney was very professional and answered questions for things I did not understand. I sought an estate plan that included a will, living will, power of attorney for health care and Lady Byrd Deed. Very little work for me other than decisions. I think the cost was reasonable. I would recommend this group. Office staff were helpful and gracious to work with as well.
