  I was referred to Ms. Shorstein along with three other trust attorney's shorty after returning to Florida; I chose to work with her because I seem to work better with female professionals. My situation seems complicated to me. I am an older female with two (2) trusts, two (2) birth children, one I have had no contact with for over eight (8) years, and three (3) stepchildren. My health situation is waning. I found Ms. Shorstein to be attentive, informative and ready to research when necessary. She insured that I understood when changes needed to be made to follow Florida law which varied from the previous state. I fear my documents could be challenged in court so needed to insure all "I's were dotted and T's crossed." The documents that were brought up to date included 2 trusts, My Will, Medical Power of Attorney, and General Power of Attorney. She spent hours with me ensuring that I understood each aspect. I received a phone call the day before each appointment ensuring the date and time still worked for me. She is the 4th attorney that I have worked with on these documents due to changing residency over the last 16 years and was the most thorough and easiest to work with.

  Kaitlyn did an amazing job dealing with a very serious situation that I was totally unprepared for. I was extremely anxious and apprehensive because I have serious PTSD as a disabled military veteran.
