  Brett Hargaden was highly professional and helped me out greatly with my case. I was nervous going into having to deal with the department of revenue/child support, but after dealing with everything, I am glad I had an experienced and aggressive attorney to have my back.   Thankful for Alison, Brett and the WHOLE office! They did everything they could to help me and my case and I will FOREVER be grateful for them. If you want someone who is going to fight for you, get them! I do NOT regret having them by my side one bit! They even have a playroom area in the office for your little ones to play while you're in the office.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this office (Ashley Copley). Throughout my case, I repeatedly had to provide the same information, which made me feel like my file was not being thoroughly reviewed. I raised concerns about my ex-husband’s financial disclosures, including land property and rental income. I was informed that he had to give up the land because he could not afford payments. However, I later learned that the property was still in his possession and that rental income was assisting him financially. I did not feel there was sufficient investigation into these issues, despite bringing them to my attorney’s attention. I also provided threatening messages I received but did not feel supported in addressing them appropriately. During mediation, I was told that if we did not reach an agreement, my legal fees would increase significantly. I felt pressured to settle. Although we resolved the case at mediation, I was later surprised to receive an additional bill despite not proceeding further. Overall, I did not feel adequately represented or advocated for during a very difficult time. I had hoped for stronger investigation, clearer communication, and more support. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected.
