  A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Simon and his staff for their diligent service always helping me step by step getting the information of my doctors visits and treatment at home due to a trip by sprinkler hoses across sidewalks. In one second I fell flat into mulch and dirt and couldn’t get up, was stunned. 2 EMT’s saw me fall on the camera in the store they were in, and my son in law ran to help. He yelled to my daughter that I had fallen. I was a mess, lots of cuts and bruises on my face, looked like my nose was bleeding, possibly broken. Cut on my hand and trama to my whole body. When I went to the ER Cleveland Clinic, they were very thorough My teeth went through my top lip, very sore , they did a scan of my head thought there might be internal bleeding, and to see if my nose was broken? It wasn’t, but scraped inside and out by the mulch, was in my eyes, nose and mouth . Mulch was coming out for a few days, it hurt to blow my nose, but mulch came out every time I did. I had water on the knee from the fall,was very sore and had to be drained. Had exrays of arm and knee. Everything hurt, hard time to walk from room to room. Cut my vacation short and went home to see my own Ortho doctors. 2 months of seeing one or two doctors every week plus a chiropractor. I kept sending med records of all the visits and always got a positive, friendly response from the staff. Mr. Simon assured me very confidently he was working with the insurance for the property I fell on to compensate me for all that pain and suffering. I am still going to chiropractor and my back doctor because my sciatic nerves flared up when I fell. I get back injection to relieve the pain. So I got a great settlement, more than I expected! We repaid my insurance company for paying for my treatments all these months. Thank you Mr. Simon and staff for your support through this ordeal, I feel like I made great friends! God bless you all for being such good people!
