  The day before Thanksgiving in 2025, I was involved in an accident with a careless driver who was looking down at his phone and ran a stop sign, causing me to T-bone his vehicle. My new car was totaled, leaving me without transportation. On top of being extremely upset about the accident, I was also dealing with pain from the airbag deployment and had to attend physical therapy for the first time in my life. Under those circumstances, I decided to do something I had never done before: pursue a legal claim against a careless driver. From the moment Hale Law answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. The team at Hale Law made sure I understood every step of the process and was always attentive to the smallest details. Their communication was exceptional throughout the entire experience. Whenever I wasn’t able to answer a phone call, they made sure to provide updates and information through text, which was extremely helpful and convenient. One of the things I appreciated most was how well their entire team worked together. Everyone has a role, and they carried out those responsibilities with professionalism and excellence. From the receptionist who answered my first call, all the way to my attorney, Kristi, and the processing managers, the entire experience was seamless. I would highly recommend Hale Law to anyone who has been involved in an accident, especially fellow Florida residents. They truly go above and beyond and will fight hard for your case. My attorney Patrick, coordinator Ryan, and closer Adriana were absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire process.
