  After 8 months of being with them I get an email that my case had been closed. I was near the end of physical therapy and a chiropractor when on 8-29-2026 I get an email dated 8-27-2026. This email said my case was closed. I felt let down very much so. I had always heard good things about them and I put my trust in them to do what they have always said. I called and talked with someone there and I was told that I didn't show up at my medical appointments for four months and didn't answer my phone for four months on setting up my medical treatments and such. I told them I did not get any calls and the calls I did get was marked Spam calls with no number to return call and no voice mail neither. And the Supervisor argued with me while on the phone and then he gave me the Florida bar number and suddenly hung up the phone on me. I was happy about that at all. Here is a company I see advertised on TV and on YouTube once in a while and then I get this from them I do not think I will ever recommend them to anyone. Funny thing is this is my first time ever using them.

  I called them to apply for SSDI they were more then happy to take my case we did all the papers over the phone with them asking me questions & everything was going smoothly tilli couldn't answer 1 question and when i got the answer they denied me said I would get a email from them explaining why. That was 2 weeks ago I'm still waiting I said I get a letter from Social Security I got a letter from Social Security saying that there was a person at Morgan & Morgan I forget the person's name that was handling my case. Morgan & Morgan needs to contact Social Security and let them know that they will not accept it. Which I already reapplied thru Social security website . Don't use Morgan & Morgan. They turned me down 36 yrs ago for a workmanship comp injury. They even turned a ex friend down this yr for a slip and fall in a dollar general store. And now they turned me down for my ssdi. That's what u get when you go with a lawyer like Morgan and morgan

  My first experience with Morgan & Morgan and the rep (Hunter) chosen to help my personal injury case has been very helpful so far - but, more importantly shows concern and compassion that esp.   I just had a consultation and was referred to another attorney . I guess Morgan and Morgan doesn't work for ALL people, just personal injury as in physical injury but if I am injured financially, mentally, and emotionally by a big corporation they don't do that. So I cannot rate at this time as I only had a consultation
