  FIVE STARS! I want to share the Awesome experience i had with Attorney Gonzalez. Anthony Gonzalez spent a lengthy amount of his time covering my situation and is willing to take my case.   On May 14th, I called this law office about 10 minutes before closing because I wanted to discuss assistance with a couple of legal matters. Anthony, one of the attorneys, answered the phone and was kind enough to spend 10–15 minutes speaking with me, even though it was near closing time. During the conversation, he seemed genuinely interested in my cases and asked me to send the details by email. He even texted me his email address directly, which I appreciated. It took me some time to gather all the necessary information, and I sent the email on May 21st. After waiting without any response, I called the office twice and spoke with Dahlia, who said she had communicated my messages to him. Despite that, I still never received any response. I followed up again by email and heard nothing back. When I called once more, I was told he was at a doctor’s appointment. I called again today and still received no response. What disappointed me most was the complete change in communication after the initial conversation. The first interaction made me feel hopeful and respected, but the lack of follow-up afterward was frustrating and unprofessional. I even mentioned in my email that I wanted to be respectful of both of our time, yet I was repeatedly left without any update or communication. I have friends and family members who work in this field, and I’ve never experienced this kind of two-sided response before. I was honestly shocked by how the situation was handled.

  Mr. Gonzalez was very kind and helpful. I called to get advice on a dealer error concerning an incorrect check amount that favored both the lender and me. He gave excellent advice, and the situation was resolved without difficulty. I hope I never need his services, but if I do, I know who to contact!
