  Mr. Gonzalez was very kind and helpful. I called to get advice on a dealer error concerning an incorrect check amount that favored both the lender and me.   I called the law firm on a Friday afternoon at 4:45 pm. I did not expect to speak with an attorney considering the time. The receptionist connected me to Mr. Gonzalez and he took the time to answer all of my questions with a very honest and professional manner. What I was most impressed with was his willingness to go through my situation in detail even though I had not retained his services. At no point did he attempt to end the conversation, in fact he made sure that I understood all my options and was aware of all the possible scenarios. I left my conversation with a much clearer understanding and well informed of the process.
