  Between 2024 and 2025 I had a lot of health issues and could not work. I was waiting on disability but that takes a couple of years so my husband and I were struggling to keep up with bills. We paid the important things like mortgage, vehicle, insurance and the utilities but had to cut out other things and let the less important bills fall behind. Most of these bills and credit were under my name and one was a big personal loan I had taken as all of this was happening. This particular lender was suing me so I decided to declare bankruptcy before things got worse. Sliva Law Firm was recommended by a friend of mine who hired them and was pleased with her outcome. I had a consultation with Logan and he walked me through the process. I went ahead and hired the firm and Logan was great with understanding and communication throughout the whole process. This was a big weight off my shoulders and I highly recommend Sliva Law Firm if you need a bankruptcy lawyer.
