  It’s pretty sad that people with mental health disabilities. Can’t get the representation that they need to help fight for disability but yet get told that if you own one or two vehicles, you automatically just qualified and you’re supposed to sell your vehicles to pay what one month or two month worth the bills but yeah I know people out here that are still working that Drive Taxi Dr., Uber who are on disability yet? People who need disability can’t get it but people who don’t need it to get it. This country is so screwed up. It is sad. It is pathetic when other countries take better care of their citizens then the United States of America does.

  If I could give less stars, this time, I actually would. I hate leaving a bad review, because once your emotions have settled, you may regret it. However. I’ve waited almost two years to write this review. I’m solid on my opinion. The utter lack of professionalism in this firm does not match the presentation you see in the media. I’m simply floored. I thought it was just me being over reaching. No, it wasn’t. I’ve had to call and dig or grasp for information regarding my case much more than I’ve been contacted. What bothers me to my core about that is I can’t help but think, that if my case were bigger, more sensational, “tv worthy” if you will, I’d be invited to the company luncheon! Few examples: I sat at a table during mediation feeling like an outsider in my case, listening to my attorney and another professional, talk about old college days, mutuals they knew, what happened at the boat dock, while feeling like me and my daughter were the strangers eves dropping on someone’s private conversation. Yes, people in waiting rooms make small talk, but how about engaging the people around you instead of discussing frat talk and rich people stories while in front of people who live complete opposite lives. I felt like I was on the set of Trading Places. Next example: my attorney legitimately showed up to court for my son’s settlement hearing with a 5’clock shadow, a wrinkled suit, and late, with a disheveled appearance, as if he’d just awaken. Then the example that bothers me most. When the mediation was done, all agreements were made, there was no extension of a handshake, no “Thank you for letting us represent you” no “well it was nice meeting you both, sorry for the circumstances,” the same two aforementioned professionals walked off talking. We had to extend the salutation and thanks. Which is why at the same time I had this case going unfortunately I needed representation for another case and I chose Caldwell Wintzell. I wanted to brag and post about the service matching the quality of Morgan and Morgan so badly, especially when we read your lobby magazine and saw it was a husband and wife founded company. But I wasn’t able to. The case was not a huge defeat, there was no other expectation than what was given. We appreciate that tremendously. But the service, the delivery of your “brand,” was disappointing. I wish I could have said differently.
