  Poor poor communication. I am awaiting disbursement from a claim. They tell you it will be on this date and another says that it will be on another date. You call and ask for an update and no one calls. John Morgan, you need to fix your company!

  My husband Gary, had a bad fall at a local convenience store. He broke his foot, a very bad high ankle sprang, and had to have total knee replacement. We hired them, thinking we were a somebody? Wrong!!! First off they took the case way back in 2021. So for 5 yrs. We waited for one of their attorneys to fight for us. NEVER happened! We only talked to the attorney one time on the phone about a year into the case. Numerous messages left for the attorney to call us to update the case. NEVER happened! The only time the Paralegal called was if there were Numerous phone calls, text messages, emails. Eventually we would get a little information on the case. Everything was always were waiting to hear from the othe side to respond. This went on for five yrs. At one point one of the Paralegal said to my husband, your not going to get a million dollars if that's what you think. Who was she, to say that? My husband spent years from the fall going and having fluid drained off the knee. He couldn't walk, and ended up with total knee replacement back in July of 2025. We had to get all of the medical records for them, never got updated if they had what they needed. Long story short...in March of 2026 we got a little settlement of 30,000 . They waited till the ball was about to drop, and give us less than 20 days to accept, or go to court to see if the judge would approve the case for trial. We we're told we got a judge that doesn't like to deal with slip and falls. Then we get to the last week or two to accept the offer. Then the attorney said he thought the offer was to low, and he thought there was more money to be had. And we would be hearing from him alot during the next week or so. NEVER happened. So we had no choice but to accept the offer or end up with nothing! Then we find out they charged us 40% instead of the 33 and 1/3 because the word court was mentioned. Are you kidding me!!! So after everything we had to take the 75 thousand offer. And after all said and done , and after their cut we get 30,000. That don't even cover the pain and suffering. And on top of that they still owe us $500.00 and we called, emailed, texted just a week or so ago. NO ANSWER! I advise anybody and everybody DO NOT use this law firm! We we're a NO BODY!!!
