They assign you to clueless case managers who are more interested in pretending to work than actually helping you. In my case, the case manager was Brittany Bauer. Be careful when providing feedback, as they might use it against you. If you complain about someone in the survey, they'll send it to the person you complained about, only to let them call you to drop you as a client. It's all a game of lies to them to have you waste time to get very little money, and no real licensed legal work gets done.
