  For me my experience at Umansky law firm was a major step in being represented. Everyone was professional, plenty of contact so you don't feel lost in the dark and reassurance that you aren't a bad person and everyone that makes mistakes should get a second chance. My representative Stephanie Raton was willing to answer any questions or concerns I had when I was having them not later. They worked with the prosecutor and explained my situation and pushed for a favorable outcome which we did reach. My main concern was serving jail time as the 2 days in jail really affected me to never want to be there again. From the start they said that they would do their best to keep that off the table and they did much better than that. I am thankful to the firm especially Stephanie as she calmed me in court because I was freaking out thinking they would change their minds or something but she kept me reassured and it went well.
