  Hello, This post is for anyone who is dealing with the loss of a loved one and now faces the challenging task of navigating probate. I have been there, and I know how confusing and overwhelming the process can be, especially if you’re anything like I was and have no idea where to start or what you even need. I prayed, took a chance, and called ShuffieldLowman. I was fortunate to have Heidi answer my call. From day one, she was kind, compassionate, and understanding. She took the time to listen to me and was incredibly patient. She quickly realized that I had little understanding of the probate process, and she guided me through everything step by step. By the end of our first conversation, I felt a tremendous sense of relief. For the first time in a while, it felt like I could breathe again. Just when you think it couldn’t get any better than Heidi, you discover that the entire team shares the same level of care, compassion, knowledge, and patience. It didn’t matter who I spoke with at the firm, every person treated me with respect and kindness. They answered every question I had and never left me in the dark about any detail, whether big or small. Cooper is truly a treasure. His knowledge, professionalism, and consistent communication were exceptional. Whenever I felt frustrated or overwhelmed, he listened carefully and provided clear guidance and reassurance. His support made a difficult process much easier to manage. My probate process lasted longer than expected, but that was not due to the firm. Even during moments when I felt like giving up, they never allowed me to lose hope. Instead, they continually reassured me that they were with me every step of the way. You hear so many negative stories about attorneys, but I can honestly say that was not my experience with this law firm. It never felt like it was all about the money. They demonstrated that to me on more than one occasion. Without sharing too many personal details, I can say that the grace, compassion, and understanding they showed me will never be forgotten. I could go on and share many more examples of their outstanding service, but this review is already quite lengthy. So I’ll simply end by saying this: If you are feeling confused, overwhelmed, uncertain, or unsure of who to trust, I can wholeheartedly recommend ShuffieldLowman. Heidi and Cooper, along with the entire team, provided exceptional service and support during one of the most difficult times of my life. I would recommend them again and again without hesitation.

  These lawyers fed me, all kinds of things I wanted to hear, so I hired them. 5,000 dollars later nothing had been done at all, and on top of that all the things I was told before were being said differently now! They were condescending in emails and everything, I really dont think it would be possible to be worse than this business, so dont get caught by them like I did, that's why these reviews exist!
