  I contacted Morgan & Morgan because my situation appeared to fall within the types of cases they actively advertise. After reviewing my case, they declined to represent me. I understand that law firms must choose which cases to accept, but it was frustrating to be turned away when my circumstances seemed to match the services they publicly promote. The experience left me feeling that the firm's advertising creates expectations that are not always reflected in practice. If you are considering contacting them, be aware that even if your case appears to fit their advertised criteria, they may still decline representation. I was disappointed with the outcome and felt that the process did not align with the "For the People" message that is central to their branding.

  Esta línea de abogados es lo peor tomaron mi caso y yo con pruebas y todos y salen ahora a decir q no pueden tomar mi caso con las pruebas q tengo esto es de lo peor porq no se explican ni nada esto es puro pantalla y pura propaganda

  Well I am just a nobody, and still a nobody. I was asked many times if I was someone that they had on their computer and not at the issue I called about. I was informed Iwould be called back one way or the other, after the following day I called them back. Of course they did not want to touch my discrimination case for this 62 year old single woman. No speaking to an attorney, just the person answering phone. Communication is horrible. Thanks from just a nobody. May need to change your motto.

  I was very unhappy with my work injury case with this firm. Joe and Sarah strung me along,lied to me,pressured me to settle and didn't even care about my injuries or my hospital bills or continuing care for my injuries. There was no consulting throughout the case,he didn't want to fight for my case but they sure wanted that $6,000 for their part of the settlement. They really aren't for the people.

  Absolutely terrible experience. They accept my case because i was hit by a drunk driver and the next morning the case manager Jacklyn Borroto immediately starts pressuring me to let her drop the case because of it being turned down by a different attorney. She calls me one more time a few weeks later to do the same thing and then nothing. She collected and entered no evidence into the client portal or updated me again. The Attorney Jeff Berglund contacted me via email one time about them looking into the case and I sent him am email with the information he would need and I never heard back from him. Randomly this morning I wake up to an email stating they're not moving forward with the case without an explanation as to why. Their slogans and marketing do not match how they really are. Do not recommend this law firm at all.
