  The worst experience I have ever had don't even bother. This law firm is lip service at the maximum farthest from the truth.. Find somebody else who's willing to help you.These people are the worst , their office skills are extremely poor. They say they're gonna call you back and never do so, you don't get nothing done with them.I've experienced that on several occasions with morgan and morgan. Save yourself the the grief

  I initially made a phone call to inquire about their email address and I spoke to someone and they helped me tremendously gave me much more than an email address I gave me more information then I could have imagined. She asked a questions and was very kind and courteous and helpful and in no time at all I was followed up with a text helping me through a very awful situation that I find myself in today. I am very grateful for the help information and assistance with this issue I am currently having. Thank you so much to Morgan and Morgan and all that you do for everyone!

  I use an attorney from them years ago.She was great. However, since then, they do not want any cases that I have a problem with.They do not take small cases.And they recently told me they would take my case, made me sign up immediately.Never sent me back the email signed by them, and after they notified the h o a that I was suing, they decided they didn't want the case. They promised me if I needed anything that I could call them. When I call the attorney to tell them that they retaliated, and send me another letter from the attorneys, because they knew I no longer had an attorney, they ignored me. They do not keep their word to take the case.And they did not keep their word to help me.If I was retaliated against. I would not use them again. They get you to sign immediately.So no one else gets your case.And then they decide if they want it or not. That is unscrupulous.

  In January I suffered an on the job injury that required surgical repair of the ACL in my right knee. At first I tried to do things cordially, and only retained M&M to keep the comp insurance carrier in line (because of past negative experiences in dealing with them). However, after being forced to drive 3 hours a day to and from work, which alone violated my medical restrictions, continuing to be forced to work “lighter duty” jobs prior to receiving my surgery (more than 2 months after completely severing my ACL), and just seeing not only how my company handled my case and began treating me differently (like I was in the wrong — like I wanted to become injured! lol!), but also how they treated a fellow injured coworker (amongst others who challenged their actions)… I eventually decided to make an exit. Luckily, I had M&M on my side and I am EXTREMELY pleased with the way my M&M attorney, Christopher Mossalatti, and his dedicated team members (Laura Villar Florez, Karina Moya, and Skyler Szilagyi) handled my case. Not only did they handle my case with care and compassion, but they definitely weren’t afraid to don their war paint, home in on their goals with calculated dedication, and truly fight for me — giving me the ability to recover from surgery as peacefully as I could and then finally giving me the ability to make a comfortable exit … For that, I am TRULY GRATEFUL!🙌 As I mentioned earlier, at first I had no intention of settling. I merely retained M&M as my own insurance policy to make sure that the company I was working for (and their insurance carrier) stayed in their lanes and provided me with the care and compensation I was entitled to receive as an injured worker. With that being said, during my initial intake interview, Christopher had asked me if I would consider a settlement if it had ever come down to it, but I would like to be clear in saying that at no point was I pressured and/or forced into settling my comp claim. I honestly believe that my M&M team would have been content and pleased with doing what I had initially retained them for. In fact, I, myself, was the one who brought up the topic of settlement. Chris heard me out and then more or less told me, “Ok, then I’ll make the insurance carrier aware that you are willing to settle. Then during mediation we’ll throw them a number and see what sticks.” In the end, Chris was able to obtain a settlement for me that exceeded my expectations!💰 So, if you find yourself in a similar situation, please, please, PLEASE do yourself a favor and retain Morgan & Morgan… they ARE actually FOR THE PEOPLE.💯 May God bless the entire team at M&M!🙏
