  My initial work comp claim was not attended to for weeks d/t “lack of personnel / understaffed / paralegal out”. Once my file was “found “ it was assigned to an Attny. He reached out minimally. I had no true course of action/direction/guidance. It was haphazard. Once communication was more inline with expectation, it was not accepted. I had a certain expectation. I am a shall individual that got injured on the job and was up against a large entity. The “attorney” treated me with a less than satisfactory approach. The whole thing was botched from the start. I separated myself. I’m in another direction.

  10/10 experience. From the very beginning, they have been highly communicative, professional, and knowledgeable in the work they do. Anytime I had questions or needed clarification on something I may have overlooked or didn’t fully understand, they were always patient, respectful, and willing to thoroughly explain everything before I signed any documents. The entire process has been smooth and stress-free up to this point, and I truly have no complaints. They made me feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout the entire experience. This has honestly been one of the smoothest companies I have worked with when it comes to handling a claim and receiving legal guidance and expert assistance. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism, transparency, and a team that genuinely cares about their clients.

  Back in June/July 2024, I reached out to Morgan & Morgan regarding a possible medical malpractice case involving my daughter and Nemours. In April 2026, after finally receiving her complete medical records, I personally reviewed over 2,200 pages line by line and discovered numerous discrepancies and concerns. These were not just allegations the medical records themselves documented repeated warnings from radiologists that my daughter’s brain was swelling AGAIN with fluid after she had RECOVERED from her FIRST meningitis infection. According to the records, those warnings were made on three separate occasions, yet no action was taken by the medical team at Nemours. I also have a video recording of Dr. Sydney refusing to perform a SECOND spinal tap to test if the meningitis was gone or not, and Dr. Gomes later admitted the day my daughter passed away that a second spinal tap should have been done to check for meningitis which was refused which is ultimately what my daughter died from. Scott from Morgan & Morgan informed me they still did not believe there was enough proof to pursue a malpractice claim. I respected his decision, even if I disagreed with it. However, what I discovered was Morgan & Morgan’s philanthropic involvement and partnerships supporting Nemours pediatric healthcare, including participation in Walk for Wishes and other local support efforts. To me, this might have been a conflict of interest. Who knows…. My advice to other parents is to thoroughly review your child’s records YOURSELF. It took me only three weeks to identify serious inconsistencies, including X-ray involving a broken bone, improper medical practices, and failures in basic safety procedures such as not wearing gloves while handling IV feeding and breathing equipment. This review is based on my personal experience , my interpretation of the medical records , my photos / video recording and events surrounding my daughter’s care.

  The service at Morgan and Morgan is a cut above the rest. My team went above and beyond to help me in my case and I truly appreciate that. People go to law firms as a last resort to protect their happiness. I was not disappointed. I got the help I needed and am feeling amazing. I want to thank Jessica Carrier, as my lawyer she gave me legal advice, negotiated on my behalf, listened to my concerns to ensure we reached a conclusion I was satisfied with. She protected my rights throughout it all and I will always be grateful to her. Sidialys Aguero, as my paralegal gathered evidence on my behalf to support my claim, drafted legal documents, and filed for the benefits I sought. She truly fought for me and did her part to help. I am so thankful she was on my case. Trent Post, as my legal assistant communicated with me the most throughout everything, so I never felt lost and made sure I gathered all the proper documents and organized them for my case. He walked me through everything, so I felt confident in every decision I made. I am sincerely grateful for his patience and dedication to helping me with whatever I needed. The whole team was phenomenal and I can’t imagine doing any of this without them. Thank you for everything!! Morgan and Morgan handles everything with a trusted, qualified team, so the process flows easily. I regret nothing. I’m glad I put my faith in Morgan and Morgan and if anything happens I know where I’m going!

  My husband was hit by a vehicle, we called Morgan and morgan after his first surgery while he was still in the trauma ward at the hospital. He has had two surgeries since then, wound care therapy, physical therapy, he received a blood infection from his first surgery spend three weeks getting daily blood infusions at the cdc at 10am every day, is seeing a foot specialist as well as a knee specialist, he’s gotten shoe realignments, cortisol injections in his legs, he is learning to walk all over again. We had to move into his mother’s house bcz he cannot work. And probably never will again. Morgan and morgan kept promising to return our call at least 3 times until I escalated the call to be told that the party that hit him had no bodily injury coverage and they go thru the insurance company only so for that reason they cannot help us..they only help you if the people that hit you are covered well and will not extend a bit of help otherwise. This is very sad bcz it takes two people these days to be able to afford to run a home and while the people that hit him were able to fix their car on their insurance,and carry on with their lives. My husband is broken, and can’t walk, n morgan n morgan offered no help
