  If I could give them less than one stars, I would. They do not reach back when they say they will. There was multiple times that I requested for calls and my case manager didn’t even call me. I’ve been told by others that they have done to them what they just did to me yesterday. I got a call telling me there was no funding after being told that I wouldn’t have to be paying for anything. that no retainer was held for my medical. When I called the insurance, neither insurances had been talk to. To which the lady on the other end, the representative for Morgan and Morgan tells me she’s so sorry but they’re terminating my case. I can’t hardly walk. I have two kids. My back is in severe pain so much for handling the cases right great job Morgan Morgan.

  Don't be fooled by the "For the people" moinker. They are lawyers and they aren't in the charity business or here to help "the people." They are here to make money. Whether you chose them should depend on the nature and the value of your case. If you have a good, clean-cut case, they are one of the best and will likely yield you maximum return. If they sense your case isn't worth a lot of money, they may drop you like a hot potato, or they won't even entertain you.

  I really, REALLY like Morgan and Morgan. I got hurt on a jobsite delivering lumber. All the lawyers I called wouldn't help me because they assumed that the owner of the jobsite had workman's comp insurance on me, but wouldn't let me explain that wasn't the case. Morgan and Morgan let me explain the whole situation, and determined that I did indeed have a personal injury case. I am so very grateful that they just didn't assume and allowed me to "plead my case".

  Had an accident at work. M&M took my case. In over a month I have only spoke to my attorney one time. I keep messaging them with concerns about work retaliating against me and workers comp denying my benefits only for the paralegal to take 2 weeks to message me back and not offer any solutions just saying stuff like "WC is a long difficult process". And when I confronted them about the lack of communication they said they "don't understand the lack of communication issue because they spoke to me on 9/23" which was a month ago (keep in mind I've been messaging them every other day). They promised me in the beginning that I would see their Drs and medical professionals and that they would deal with WC so that I wouldn't have to yet I've been dealing with everything on my own and getting screwed over harder and harder as the process goes along including workers comp taking too long to get me to a specialist so now I just have to live with a crooked finger the rest of my life cause these people do not give a damn about me. This has been a horrible experience all around and I thought having Morgan and Morgan on my side would make it better but they have done nothing but make it worse and cause me a greater deal of stress as I now am trying to handle my job, WC, and these "lawyers". They have not done anything for me and have yet to update me about anything going on with my case. My paralegal is even gaslighting me saying she has spoken to me after all my appointments which couldn't be any further from the truth. When I go to my appointments I send them the paperwork and I don't hear anything back for weeks and keep in mind I'm going to 2 appointments a week. Being injured has been a horrible experience and M&M has done nothing but add more to my plate of things I'm trying to deal with. I am going to see about switching to another law firm because this is absolutely pathetic.

  I chose this firm because of their big name status . BIG MISTAKE !!!!! First🚩, I was assigned a lawyer that was on VACATION. Second , the very first question I asked the paralegal would require some legal knowledge or at least some research to answer. I got a 3 word response in an email which was “ I don’t know .” ….. Then , absolutely nothing for weeks until I decided to call the office and NOTHING was done towards my case . We were almost 2 months into my case and they haven’t filed a single paper with the courts. The company I work for is also a BIG name and I wouldn’t be surprised if this firm and this company have an “understanding” when it comes to these cases. Don’t be fooled by John getting in front of a camera and getting you pumped up like he’s going to fight for you. He won’t be there and the thousands of lawyers that work for this firm won’t either , you’ll be lucky to get a paralegal with an ounce of professionalism. This firm has now cost me very valuable time and money in my case and I may not be able to recover from this because of their delay in filling. Communication was non existent unless I left multiple messages and sent multiple emails . I wouldn’t recommend this firm if you care to be informed and involved in your own case . This firm is 100% ONLY about the dollar amount in the settlement, that’s what their entire consultation is for “how much is YOUR injury worth to THEM”. Their slogan should be “FORE , the people.”
