  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Claudia Hernandez and her office. Quite honestly, she is one of the most unprofessional attorneys I have ever dealt with. Communication was one of the biggest issues throughout my entire experience. I constantly felt like I was the one chasing her down sending emails, following up, and trying to get basic answers regarding my own case. There were multiple occasions where I would reach out and not receive a response for days. As a client that is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially when you are already dealing with a stressful and time-sensitive legal situation. I should not have to repeatedly beg my own attorney for communication for updates. I would highly recommend Heidra she’s absolutely amazing, responsive, professional, and actually makes you feel like your concerns matter. She communicates very well, answers your questions and provides the level of attention and professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Claudia Hernandez or the office of Davis Stroller. The experience with their office was incredibly disappointing even dealing with the receptionist was frustrating. Instead of actually helping or connecting you with someone, it felt like the solution was always to send you to the attorney’s voicemail. The attitude and lack of assistance only made it already frustrating situation even worse. !!!!! I would strongly recommend doing your research!!!! and considering other options before trusting this office with something as important as your legal situation. This office doesn’t even deserve a star !

  After working with three lawyers who couldn’t get me my green card, this attorney succeeded. They were clear, organized, and followed up on every detail. I finally got my green card thanks to them. I’d recommend them to anyone needing an immigration lawyer.

  Su servicio es terrible no es empatico, un desorden, es prepotente. Entendemos que los procesos de inmigración son lentos pero El ni siquiera se da cuenta las actualizaciones que dan los casos. Es triste encontrar personas así.
