  Incredible customer service experience with Eddie. Been sifting through numerous attorney firms over the years and have been a customer service manager multiple times in past. Eddie was a model employee and has to be commended - patient, actually listened, expressed empathy/concern, and showed critical thinking to explain clearly and concisely various processes and solutions. Very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to share and the company overall. Will be using them in future.

  We had a very pleasant experience with this law firm. I’ve worked at law firms before, and it’s rare to actually be able to get to talk with your attorney. Keith was quick to get with us and answer our many questions. His explanations were clear, and we felt at ease with how well he handled our case. The outcome was exactly what we wanted, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his time and effort. I am grateful for Keith and his assistant, Sham. Thank you!

It was very easy to get in touch whenever we had questions, and they were always prompt, friendly, and helpful in their responses. Our matter was processed in record time.   Bait and switch. Matt butters you up then passes you off to another attorney. I was assigned Christina Hedley. She was a nightmare to work with. Wouldn’t return calls or emails, never kept me up to date, dismissed my concerns, didn’t file the motions I asked of her, treated me like a criminal; it felt like she was working against me rather than for me. Her attitude was condescending, she even laughed at me on the phone. During my courts she would send other attorneys, different ones each time. Complete waste of money. Day before my plea deal I fired this firm, got a different attorney and ended up with all charges dropped. Had I stayed with this firm I would have been hit with 2 convictions.

  Christina is absolutely the best, her and the whole team were so great to work with. Communication, updates, questions I had everything was done so seamlessly. Comforting and always professional, I felt very trusted in their hands and am extremely greatful for her and the team - thank you guys again!
