  I paid $300 for a phone consultation with this firm about serious, well-documented structural damage to my condo — years of unrepaired water intrusion, damaged ceilings and walls, cracks, all backed by photos, emails, and a full written timeline. The attorney I spoke with never came out to see the damage, and never even looked at the documentation we had prepared. Her advice, after hearing about all of it, was basically not to bother pursuing it further because it would cost too much. When I brought up how much we were paying in HOA fees, her only comment was that $300 a month "isn't expensive." Maybe not if you live in Palm Beach — for ordinary people, that's real money. So for $300, I got no site visit, no review of my case, and was told not to bother. What exactly is the point of hiring a lawyer if that's the service? In my experience, this was the most useless $300 I have ever spent.

  I send an email to the Titusville office trying to see if they could help a friend with a case but they couldn’t communicate in English and since the office said they speak Spanish after more than 4 hours they wrote back and informed us that they couldn’t take the case because no one knows Spanish .

  I initially applied for the COS(change of status) request but got an RFE that seemed tricky and delicate. Out of despair, I reached out to Attorney Amin. He assured me of a great chance of approval if the RFE was filled correctly. Throughout the process, Attorney Amin and his team were incredibly professional and empathetic, accommodating and addressing each and every concern I had. My application was approved. I would like to thank Attorney Amin and his team and would highly recommend him.

  Bogin, Munns & Munns handled my Chapter 13 filing from July 1921 until discharge this month. Five years of more than excellent, professional service. My wife and Myself are deeply grateful.
