  Terrible experience with this firm. Gave them a deposit of $1500 to help me with my financial difficulties. Shortly thereafter, I was diagnosed with a heart illness. I have to undergo major heart surgery. Ask for my deposit back and they refuse to give it to me. Even though they didn’t spend any time whatsoever on my case. They never filed any paperwork and never did absolutely anything. They are still keeping my $1500 deposit. Run as fast as you can away from this firm. I will definitely be reporting them to every agency that I can.

  I had the pleasure of working with this law office and Ziona Kopelovich, the lawyer who runs the office. Ziona is one of the few, if not the only, board certified consumer bankruptcy attorneys in Pasco & Hernando Counties. She has over 20 years of experience and is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. Bankruptcy fees are regulated by the court, so the fees charged by this office are in compliance with the governing rules and should be comparable to any other local reputable bankruptcy office.
