  Let’s just say I had 3 different attorneys in span of year all got canned. They settled without notifying me waited year now forced to sign paperwork.

  Morgan and Morgan touts their desire to help anyone and that every case is important. They handle a lot of mass torte cases, along with negligence and medical malpractice ones, and although they stem from one particular state, they can work out of just about every state in the country. Unfortunately, they appear to have spread themselves too thin. I don't actually know if I ever spoke to an attorney, but I did speak with at least 3 or 4 different "assistants" a few being extremely difficult to understand. One assistant called me from home, so although she was very pleasant to speak with, I had to answer and ask questions with a dog barking for half the conversation and her having to leave the call to check on her crying baby the other half. And as I mentioned earlier, the other few assistants I spoke with were quite difficult to understand. I felt bad that I had to constantly ask them to repeat themselves. After a short period of time, the initial assistant I had spoken with texted me to say they weren't going to represent me for my case. I asked if they could give me a reason, but he simply said that being only consultants, they aren't given reasons, only the decisions of the review. He also sent a digital copy of a letter from the firm, stating how sorry they were to not take my case, but that another attorney might, and it did not mean my case had no merit. Basically, a politely worded "you're SOL". To be honest, I had no real expectations about the case, but I did not expect to be shuffled around from assistant to assistant like a deck of cards, through a supposedly reputable attorney's office, with assistants seriously lacking a substantial command of the English language. Only to then be given the brush off without so much as a bye or leave...just just a fluff letter, essentially blowing smoke up my bum, in polite legal jargon-for which I have the ability to understand. I don't think they expected that. I have known my fair share of great attorneys, as well as terrible ones. This law firm, despite the glowing reviews from clients who were awarded millions of dollars from their lawsuits, I am sad to say Morgan & Morgan seems to be one of the terrible ones. I think they use low entry level students, or graduates, for the cases they deem have a low chance of successful outcomes.

  I fell at work because of a high place in the concrete covered by carpet that I didn't know was there. I broke my shoulder in 3 places and since then have lost about 40% of the use of my arm. I called Morgan and Morgan and they assigned me an attorney. He called me at an assigned time and we discussed the fall and the problem with the floor where I fell and I sent pictures of the floor with measurements that showed the floor was higher in that spot that made me fall. Turns out all the employees knew about that anomaly in the floor where I fell but me! I asked him to come to my job or send somebody to look at the place but I could tell he didn't want to so nobody came. Never heard from him again even though I called to speak to him several times. They would say he will call you at a certain time and no calls. Until about 2 months later he called and said that we are not taking your case, and that was it. Left me hanging all that time not knowing if they were going to help me or not. Shame on you Morgan and Morgan!
