  I've been working with Michael Braunstein at Zarco Law for the past 16 months. My experience has been nothing short of incredible. We just wrapped up arbitration after I had a bad experience as a franchisee. It took almost a year and a half to get to this point so I've had the chance to work closely with Michael for quite a while. Michael and his team at Zarco fought for me at every stage. He's smart, ethical, incredibly prepared, a fast communicator, and a relentless competitor in his pursuit to win for his clients. He'll also shoot you straight. He doesn't overpromise and underdeliver- it's actually quite the opposite. He sets realistic expectations, then works hard to earn your trust and exceed anything you could have imagined. I also want to shout out Taylor Duncker, a younger attorney on Michael's team (though she presented like a seasoned veteran). She was awesome to work with and is going to have a great career. I was impressed by how poised and prepared she was and how hard she worked to advocate for me. Finally, thanks to Bryan Lara-Soto for being an awesome paralegal and responding to all my requests so quickly. And for everyone else at the firm who played a part in getting me to this point. If I had to go through this all over again, there's no doubt I'd hire Michael, Taylor, and his team at Zarco Law again.

  Thank you 😊 🙏 Happy to know that as I grow my business in the years to come I will be able to use the best of the best Zarco, Himanshu and Kaari helped me through a time of turmoil with my former franchisor and thanks to them I am set free from stress, onwards and upwards for the journey ahead. Franchising is amazing when it's about community and serving others, and horrible when it gets to the point of legal battles and struggles. This company is the only company that truly is a David v Goliath approach, and I know franchisors must tremble like Belshaazar did during his feast.

  I had a disappointing experience with this law firm. The receptionist was nice, but the person they transferred me to was awful. Very unprofessional, hostile, and yelling at me which made me even more stressed about my situation. I expected a higher level of respect and understanding from this law firm. Wish I could give zero stars. Do not contact if you want to be treated with respect. You can protect the privacy of clients without yelling at someone... And their response is an exergerated lie to protect them.

  Complete joke, total rip off. They only cater to the elite and wealthy. Literally 10x more expensive than 3 other Attorney quotes. Instead if $1500 which was the average I was quoted. They said $15,000!! And then he tried to hit me with the, "bUt I'll dO iT fOr $10,000" yea ok you idiot. Hung up real quick.
