  Hands down the top family lawyer in Miami. I have been involved in litigation for over four years and have had multiple attorneys throughout the process. Ms. Majd is by far the best representation I could have asked for during such a long ordeal. There may be firms that have been around longer or attorneys with decades more experience, but do not let that convince you it holds any real significance. Parastoo takes immense pride in her work and gives your case a level of attention and deliberation that is incredibly rare to find. Her preparation for hearings and trials is unlike anything I have ever seen. As long as you come prepared and do your due diligence by providing meaningful exhibits and information, she will not let you down. She works incredibly hard and truly values mutual respect with her clients. If you are respectful, cooperative, and honest, she will fight tooth and nail for you. Her presence in the courtroom is fierce yet articulate. She knows case law, procedure, and strategy exceptionally well. If the opposing party attempts to pull anything procedurally improper, she shuts it down immediately and professionally. Parastoo is truly a superstar. If you are fortunate enough to have her represent you, consider yourself lucky and do not take it for granted!

  I cannot recommend Parastoo enough. I went through one of the most difficult child custody battles of my life and met with six different attorneys before choosing her. The moment I spoke with Parastoo, I knew she was the one. She is absolutely relentless, strategic, and operates several steps ahead of opposing counsel at all times. In fact, even the opposing attorney made a comment during the case that she is “worth every penny”—and that couldn’t be more true. She is a true shark in the courtroom and a force to be reckoned with. What sets her apart is not just her intelligence and aggressiveness, but also the way she supports you through the process. I was in one of the darkest times of my life, terrified I might lose everything, and she was unwavering. She reassured me, guided me, and quite literally held my hand every step of the way. She accomplished what no other attorney I consulted believed was possible. Not only did I secure majority custody of my child, but she also ensured that I was able to remain in my home. That outcome changed my life, and I have her to thank for it. Parastoo never stops fighting. Even when I felt overwhelmed and scared, she remained fearless and laser-focused on protecting me and my daughter. Her entire team is also incredible—responsive, supportive, and always there when I needed them.   PEAK LEGAL(PARASTOO,MONTEREY, AND NORMA)WERE EXCELLENT! AFTER BEING SO MISREPRESENTED WITH MY FIRST FIRM, I QUICKLY DECIDED TO HIRE PARASTOO. SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. SHE'S TOUGH, SMART, AND KIND. ALWAYS EXPLAINS WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS AND FOLLOWS THROUGH ON MOTIONS. GOING AGAINST A VERY DIFFICULT OPPOSING COUNSEL AND EX-HUSBAND(ALSO A LAWYER), SHE DIDN'T FLINCH ONCE.   Parastoo was my divorce attorney and she was honestly incredible. From the very first call, she set the tone. She told me straight up: we are only fighting for what is lawfully yours. We’re not wasting time, money, or emotional energy chasing things that won’t stand. The goal is to get you the maximum you’re actually entitled to and ideally resolve it in mediation, not drag this through endless court dates. That level of clarity and integrity is rare. A lot of lawyers will stretch things out. She doesn’t. She’s strategic, practical, and very grounded. She laid out my real best-case scenario and then went after it no drama, no ego. She also brought in an incredible neutral forensic and an excellent mediator, which changed everything. Looking back, I genuinely feel like this was the healthiest and most efficient way I could have gone through a divorce. What really sets her apart is that she understands people. She understood my ex-husband’s temperament, she knew how to read the room, and she moved with intention. It wasn’t just legal strategy it was psychological strategy too. I trusted her completely, and she delivered the best outcome I realistically could have had. If you’re going through a divorce, this is the kind of lawyer you want in your corner.
