  They advertise that they will take injured at work case's. But after taking so long for one of their lawyers to call me about the case. Now they don't take injury case since I've been going to Workmans Comp Doctors for my injury. That's after sitting and waiting for 3 different phone calls. When I didn't receive a call. I got in touch with them and they said I didn't answer the call. They scheduled a different date for a call. The same thing 3 times in a row. That's when I finally did receive a call from them and they informed me about not handling the case. Rather strange considering every time I was sitting waiting with my phone in my hand and it never rang. My wife was there with me. That's not even mentioning the fact that when I called back after the first no call I sat on hold for more than 30 minutes for someone to hang up on me. If you ask me they only want to take the case if it's going to make them a big amount of money. I understand that they need to make money to survive and take care of the business and employees. It was probably 3 months after my accident that I finally talked to a lawyer. Do what you want to. If you don't have a half a million dollar case then they move to the next person. That's understandable, but you should inform the person of mediately. I pray that everyone has a Great Day.

  I have a severe traumatic brain injury, Lauren Smith the lawyer represented me, she advised me to accept the mediation, I thought, as she was my lawyer she wanted the best for me but at the end, she won $60.000 dollars and I got only $80.000. That wasn't enough as I will die suffering for my brain injury and on top of that not enough money to survive. Do not trust this lawyers. Morgan and Morgan doesn't think of the people but in their pockets.

  I had a car accident in February last year, and my experience with Morgan & Morgan has NOT been good. Communication has been very poor. Very unethical in handling fees, not after your interest but after their own. They add extra fees that other law firms would not add. They already took 33.33%, but then added charges that don’t make sense, like a delay fee of $160.00 when I didn’t sign the closing statement because there was a mistake. They had not reduced the payment that my insurance had already paid. I still have not signed the compensation statement because of a fee of almost $450 for "medical records" that should have been included in their percentage. One of my medical bills was negotiated to $550. However, when I get my bill, it says $950.00. ?? Overall, not easy to work with, and I feel taken advantage of. I would not hire them again. I will suggest you explore other attorneys that will be more ethical and caring for you and your case. Not wolves like Morgan and Morgan that eat the people's compensation with extra fees that should not apply.
