My issues have consisted of getting someone else's information and his office not responding to my calls or texts in a timely manor and basically not caring. That office has lost 3 paralegals since I started with them. I had to report his office to M&M Client Experience legal office. Mr. Odato had given me his personal phone number and also an Email to contact him if needed. We'll I did exactly both of them on the 23rd a email and a phone call on the 26th. I did not get any response on either of my requests. Do not believe " Morgan & Morgan FOR THE PEOPLE". My name is Sandra C.
- SJSusan JimenezJun 26, 20261.0I Henry Alberto am extremely disappointed with my experience at Morgan & Morgan. I retained the firm expecting timely communication and progress on what should be a relatively straight forward small claim. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. My Main concern is the complete lack of communication. My case manager, Stefani Gomez has repeatedly failed to return calls. As for the attorney, I have spoken to her only once. It is very frustrating yo her left in the dark, specially when you are relying on your legal team for guidance and support. Additionally, it has now been 9 month, and there has been little to no meaningful progress on my case. For a firm that advertises its self as being "For The People" this experience has been anything but. I understand legal matters can take time, but consistent communication and basic follow through should be expected. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience so far.
