  This office has the WORST receptionists. Very rude office. As a client, I walked in to ask a question about my case, and the first thing she asked when I walked in, before I even introduced myself, was "what do you want?". When I gave her my name, she interrupted mid sentence and said, "huh? Are you a solicitor?" Then she told me to leave. I have never been treated like this before in my life.
