  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ BEOFRE CONSIDERING THIS FIRM. And please know I do NOT take a review like this lightly, however I firmly believe it is necessary to save someone else from an experience like ours. DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS, ESPECIALLY FOR A GREEN CARD CASE. Completely unprofessional. The treatment of our green-card case was absolutely horrific. Upon hiring them and paying more than $3000, which is less than HALF of what they charge, they did not provide a welcome email nor contact information for the person handling our case for DAYS. We had to REQUEST an introduction to the person handling the case and they said they were doing us a favor by providing the service WE PAID THEM FOR. Eventually they DID send an introduction, after we had to ASK for it and later used that as their justification for not refunding us our money back. Completely disgusting that I gave them an opportunity to make it right and they chose to use that against us. Their WhatsApp assistant does not know how to answer basic questions and they said you need to talk to the lawyer for basic answers. However, the lawyer was NEVER available. They were late to the intake call and never showed on a scheduled call to discuss the level of service we were receiving. She says she's a "boutique" firm so everything runs through her, however she apparently cannot handle the caseload she takes on and does not have the appropriate staff to help out. They sent a form that was equivalent to the paperwork you would fill out on your own - since we received no context or instructions with this form, we had no idea how to fill it out, who would be answering questions, the expectations to receive answers or the method in which they'd be answering questions. We went days without answers, a timeline, or any context into what would happen next. WhatsApp messages and emails went unanswered for an unacceptable amount of time (hours or days). They knew we wanted the case processed quickly and there was zero sense of urgency. If you need assistance with a green card case, whether it is urgent or not, I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. After we were fed up with the lack of response or service, we told them we wanted to go in a different direction and it took DAYS to get a meeting only to learn they're only refunding $1500 (and that they were only refunding this as a COURTESY) and then ACCUSED us of only wanting a list of items when what they sent was bare bones and available anywhere online. WE TOLD THEM WE WANTED TO GO A DIFFERENT DIRECTION VIA WHATSAPP BEFORE THEY SENT A LIST OF ITEMS WHICH ARE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE ONLINE. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by being kind in that email and kindness completely burned me here because of how terrible they are. They said the contract was nonrefundable however they did NOT provide the service that we agreed to in the contract or during our paid intake session. We can understand them keeping even $500 for the WhatsApp admins responses, however $1500 is completely insane. Now we are out $1500, lost two weeks of precious time AND now need to pay a new lawyer to do the work that was originally promised. Most businesses, even if a fee is non-refundable, will DO THE RIGHT THING if they do not provide the service that was promised. Do you want to work with someone who doesn't do the right thing? Do you want someone who ignores their PAYING CLIENTS for hours and days and then doesn't do the right thing when they have the opportunity to do so? Is this the kind of person you want your future in their hands? I am honestly in awe that they don't have more reviews like this because this is just unfathomable. And we are two professional, easygoing people who are typically very understanding. We also know people make mistakes, however we know that when mistakes are made, that doing the right thing makes it better. They chose not to take the high road. DO NOT HIRE THESE UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO HANDLE YOUR CASE YOU WILL BE OUT OF MONEY WITH ZERO TO SHOW FOR IT.
