  There are truly not enough words to express how grateful I am for Martin Berger and his paralegal, Stephanie. I first met Martin and Stephanie in 2021, when my special needs son was involved in an accident. What followed was an incredibly difficult and grueling process—fighting with insurance companies, dealing with the legal process, and having to relive the trauma of that day over and over again. Through all of it, Martin and Stephanie were absolutely amazing. They not only fought tirelessly for my son and helped him receive compensation that will make a tremendous difference in caring for him as a special needs adult, but they genuinely cared about him and about me. They made an incredibly difficult process feel manageable. I never felt like just another case or another client. I always felt heard, supported, and cared for. Fast forward nearly five years, and my oldest daughter was involved in a terrible car accident. The first thing I did after knowing she was okay was contact Martin. I knew immediately who I wanted by our side. Martin and Stephanie had even continued to periodically check in on me and my son over the years, which says so much about the kind of people they are. Without a second's hesitation, they took my daughter's case. Stephanie immediately calmed both my daughter and me, helped ease our fears, and quite literally said, "We've got it from here." Those words meant more to me than she probably realizes. They allowed me to step away from the stress of the legal process and focus entirely on my daughter's recovery, knowing she was in the best possible hands. There is no better accident attorney in Florida—or, in my opinion, anywhere else—than Martin Berger. And Stephanie is truly one of the most knowledgeable, compassionate, warm, and wonderful people I have ever had the privilege of working with. Despite the terrible circumstances that brought us back to them, I am incredibly grateful that Martin, Stephanie, and their team are there for my family. Their professionalism is exceptional, but it is their compassion and genuine care for their clients that sets them apart. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing an accident attorney, I cannot recommend Martin Berger and his team highly enough. They are truly the best.
