  I have sent several emails. I have repeated my information over and over. They continue to garish my wages. $800 a month. They won't answer my emails to lower my payments. They must enjoy taking someone's hard earn money and ignoring their emails. How can I afford $800 a month when I have a mortgage of $2500 a month. I am the main breadwinner. They don't care. They simply don't care.

  Having to deal with a law firm is never an easy task, but I have to say that when it came time to handle my situation, it couldn’t have gone better. Duane was very helpful, informative, and kind and made the process easy as it could possibly be.

  I’m glad to know they record their calls because I was told when I entered a payment plan that they would stop pursuit of garnishing my wages on that recorded phone call as long as I pay on time for the agreed upon amount. I’ve been paying the plan faithfully and EARLY, as a matter of fact. so you could imagine my surprise thing today that I had a wage garnishment on my check I’ve dealt with this law firm in the past, and they’ve been very great with me, so I’m really shocked that they have dropped the ball. I will be exploring my legal options because this is like double dipping.

  Today I called in to try and resolve a judgement against me and spoke with Duane who was friendly and professional. He listened, understood my concerns, and helped work out a payment plan that would fit my finances. Thanks Duane for all of your help and understanding that sometimes life happens.
