  Do not use Morgan and Morgan for your Legal Personal Injury needs! This company is TERRIBLE. Here is my experience: My in-laws, both in their late 80’s, were victims in a multi-auto accident in the Vero Beach, Florida, area over THREE YEARS ago. The responsible party in the accident was uninsured, so my in-laws were forced to turn to their insurer, Progressive, for their injury claim. Progressive refused to pay their claim for pain and injury, so my In-Laws turned to Morgan and Morgan, as they were swayed by the misleading and false M&M “Size Matters” advertising (re: propaganda) and unfortunately believed the claims of imminent reconciliation during their initial lawyer consult. Well, THREE YEARS later, my Father in Law finally had his claim resolved: he filed for $100,000 from Progressive. He received $40,000. After THREE YEARS! M&M kept the remainder, and M&M paid for the physical therapy they demanded my Father in Law undergo for THREE YEARS to bolster their legal case underpinning. My Father in Law states the PT was basically worthless. This makes one question and speculate about the relationship between M&M and the PT provider. My Mother in Law is STILL waiting for case reconciliation - the same $100,000 claim against Progressive. But, M&M does not provide her any updates or contact her for any reason. My Mother in Law is 86 years old. She comes from a generation that is afraid to “Rock the Boat” for fear of insulting authority, in this case, Morgan and Morgan. In fact, and unfortunately, she explicitly forbids my wife and me from contacting M&M on her behalf to GET THIS DONE. Even worse, in April or May 2026, Progressive offered to settle for $60,000. My Mother in Law was willing to settle, but the “Newly assigned” Morgan and Morgan lawyer representing her recommended she “hold out” for more. Since then, she has heard NOTHING from Morgan and Morgan. My wife and I are stymied, as my In Laws’ mental health providers have stated they both need to move to an Assisted Living situation. But, they refuse to consider moving to a new location, as Morgan and Morgan has insisted they do not leave the Brevard County, Florida, area until the case is resolved. As you can imagine, both of my In Laws have had multiple, rotating junior lawyers working their cases over the past THREE YEARS. So, every day with Morgan and Morgan is a new adventure. “Size Matters”? In what way? If you are a potential multi-million $ payoff case, maybe so. Otherwise, this law office is a professional Joke and atrociously inept. I definitely recommend a competitor, such as Dan Newlin, or one of the many Superior Local personal injury attorneys here in the area. I can't give Negative stars, only one. Too bad.
