  I reached out to the firm to get information regarding a property damage claim, and the team was very quick and easy to speak with. I was transferred to Eddie, who introduced himself as the lead of the Auto Accident team. He was extremely professional and courteous. Although my issue isn’t directly handled by the firm, Eddie took the time to provide clear guidance on the next steps, including what to expect with insurance policies and how to file for the property damage claim. Our conversation lasted over 15 minutes, as I had a lot of questions, but he was patient, thorough, and even repeated a few points to make sure I fully understood.   Both me and my wife were recently in a car accident as a result of a drunk driver crashing into us on the highway. I originally went to Morgan and Morgan with my case and had a terrible experience, they did not treat my wife's side of case fairly and did not want to represent her at all and in regards to my case, I was never able to speak to my lawyer once and had a hard time getting in contact with them in general about my case. John Watson and Garry Branch at Bogin, Munns & Munns took up both my wife and I's cases and were able to get both of us the max compensation reasonably possible for this type of accident and the overall experience was night and day from my experience with Morgan and Morgan. Overall John and Gary were very professional, treated my wife and I with respect and almost always responded to our calls and emails in a timely manner, cant recommend them enough.
