  We contacted the firm specifically to consult with Attorney Martinez and were told the information would be emailed to us. When we received it, her name wasn’t even listed. After clarifying that we had specifically requested her, we were then told that she charges more than the other associates. Following the consultation, she requested additional documents and told us to schedule a follow-up. After we gathered everything, we were informed that she was no longer accepting new clients. The poor communication and lack of professional follow-through were extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

  It was explicitly stated to me upon my initial consultation that a certain document would not absolve the seller of liability however after committing my retainer and taking $3,000 from me they informed me they then informed me that same document made my case invalid. Extremely disappointed to say the least. At best, an extreme lack of care and communication on their end, at worst a straight up deceptive and immoral practice.
