They are straightshooters and are not power trippers. All staff are very respectful and polite. There were sometimes I called, whether outside of business hours or everyone was busy at the time, and I had to leave a message; and I got a return call in less than 10 minutes. One time, David actually very promptly returned my call when he was on vacation in Colorado. I would definitely hire this firm again and highly recommend them to anyone needing legal representation.

He is aggressive and has a tremendous amount of court presence, state attorneys hate to deal with him. My advice to you simply, hire him if your case in Polk County, his brother pretty cool too.
