Receptionist finally repeated phone number back correctly and told me “Olga” would call me in a few minutes. That was a month ago. I even followed up a week after the call with A direct email to Ms. Leto indicating that her staff had dropped the Ball and apparently she’s losing clients. She lost me. Still, no response from her whatsoever. Just spoke to another Attorney who again recommended her and after sharing what I had experienced, he told me not to bother. 🤷♀️ Sad because she was my first choice.
