  If I could give 10 stars I would. If you have an insurance dispute look no further for legal counsel. Jeff Liggio, Kathy and Nicole are incredibly professional, diligent, compassionate and all around top notch at their profession handling these types of cases.   We needed a lawyer for a health insurance dispute involving a family member who was denied desperately needed care. I researched several law firms before we settled on Liggio Law. We met with them in person and at that meeting I knew we had made the right decision. The entire team was so warm and compassionate about my family member’s situation. They were up front about the challenges that his case would present as it was not a slam dunk by any means, but they really wanted to help him. Over the three years that it took to resolve his case, the Liggio team was there to encourage us every step of the way. In particular, Jason Cornell, who was the attorney assigned to our case was there for us through all of the ups and downs. We could not have wanted a more compassionate, responsive, knowledgeable group of people who were always willing and available to listen and answer all of our questions. While our case was certainly not their biggest, they had a gift for making us feel like we were their most important client. They went out of their way to find an organization which offered compassionate assistance when my cousin was struggling financially as he awaited a successful resolution to his case. When the case advanced to mediation, the Liggio team provided sound counsel to us so that we were able to get the best outcome possible. They could have encouraged us to push for a larger settlement, but instead they clearly laid out for us the pros and cons so that we were able to make an informed decision. In the months since we reached a settlement, Jason has continued to keep in touch to make sure that we are doing well. He continues to be a great support and sounding board even though our business relationship has ended. Our heartfelt thanks to the Liggio team - Jeff, Jason, Kathy and Nicole, for their hard work and dedication to my cousin’s case. Their empathetic approach to their work, combined with their extensive experience is what distinguishes them from their peers. We highly recommend this team!
