  I also want to express my disappointment regarding my experience with Camille. She was very dismissive during our interactions and made me feel as though my calls and questions were a bother. In addition, my calls were not returned, which added to my frustration. Customer service is extremely important, especially when clients are seeking assistance and clarification. It is unfortunate to have to deal with someone who does not appear willing to help their clients in a professional and respectful manner.

  My daughter and I were in a severe accident (we were “T-boned” by a truck.) I did not even want to sue the other driver’s insurance company, but they were not going to pay our medical expenses, so I was advised I would need to sue. Starting from the first Morgan & Morgan person I ever spoke to on the phone and every person I encountered after that (layers, paralegals, case managers, etc) we were always treated kindly, professionally, and offered good advice. It is a rather humbling position to be in when you have to rely on others to help you through a difficult time, but the Morgan & Morgan staff all did it with competency and compassion. Thank you to all of them.

  During settlement, my lawyer was completely against me. I did my own research and pulled up my own numbers, I was very informed and fought not just the opposing side but my layer also. If it was up to them we’d have settled at 5k. My lawyer literally said with his whole chest that that’s as high as they’re going to go! He guaranteed me that that’s was the most I was going to get, I argued super hard with all my facts and numbers. I got more than the amount he swore I wouldn’t get over. The communication was awful, I got a judge to approve a 2000 advance just for them no never mail it to me. Then they tried to get me to sign a contract for the rest of my money saying I already received my 2k. After reaching out to them they continued to send me over 5 new contracts with false information. After I tried to escalate this issue their customer service rep went off on me and hung up on me before I could even explain what was incorrect. Very unprofessional disgusting attitudes. “For the people”? More like “against the people”, or “rob the people. “ 0 stars, never going through them again. Already told all my family and friends about how disgusting my experience with them was. I was also told I would get a call for a manager or someone in charge. Never received a single call about it.
