  ​I reached out to Morgan & Morgan after being struck by a car while riding my bicycle. While I was initially hesitant to pursue legal action, their intake agent assured me they could take my case and promised a follow-up within 48 hours. ​What actually happened was a complete failure of communication: ​Zero Follow-Through: The promised 48-hour callback turned into two full weeks of radio silence while I waited around for an answer. ​Dismissive Communication: When a representative finally reached out, she had a passive, indifferent attitude and beat around the bush rather than giving a straight legal assessment. I had to spell out the rejection for her just to get a clear answer. ​False Advertising: Their massive ad budget preaches that "size doesn't matter" and that they fight for everyday people, but my experience proved that is a complete lie. ​Save yourself the wasted time and energy—go with a firm that gives you an honest, timely answer instead of stringing you along.

  The absolute worst experience ever dealing with a law firm. Henry Mowery is totally unprofessional and lack communication or care for the customer. I came to these guys over a work injury and was thrown in a meat grinder. I asked all the necessary questions about filing a case like this because it was my first time. I asked if it would put my job in jeopardy and would I actually be compensated for my injury. I was told this is a normal situation and the company should not look differently at me for hiring a lawyer, and also I would receive something but wasn't sure how much of course but I would get something. Not even a week after filing with this law firm I was pushed out the door with the company right after they retained their own attorney. Literally a week. They said they didnt think ibwas able to perform the work anymore. I called my attorney Henry and all he could say is "I guess you have to get another job". Fast forward next thing i know I start getting responses from ny own attorney saying I didn't have a case and I ruined my case at the start. How is this so after they accepted the case?? I was completely caught off guard with this... soon after my own legal team put a lien against me for legal fees when its a pay if you win firm. So he basically watch my life spiral down hill being left with no employment then having to find new employment then being dropped and have nothing to show for. These people left me out to dry and pick up the pieces. They handled my situation like a rag doll and I felt like I've made the worst decision ever going with them. I could of went directly to the company for workmans comp and did fine that way. I strongly warn anybody who is thinking about using this firm for help to consider others first. Stay far far away from these guys!! Im now having to send out motions to strike against a lien with my own legal team!! I can't make this up! If he thought I didnt have a case by not mentioning something by a certain time why wasn't this asked at the beginning?? We could of not wasted any of our time!

  I feel like it’s an absolute scam, Claim the fight for the people by the people, Insult to injury to injury have to hear his personal story about his brother Tim while being placed on hold just to be treated like garbage, Almost feels like they outsource everything, secure their percentage and feed you to the wolves, They have case managers that are. ” Supervised” By an attorney who signs off on everything. I don’t think they care, I don’t feel like they try, Simply have pencil pushers securing their money first. Absolutely disappointing after hearing all those commercials for so long And then actually putting it to the test just to be treated like i didn’t matter! Horrible experience

  My Experience with Morgan & Morgan My experience with Morgan & Morgan was extremely disappointing. It was, without question, the worst legal representation I have ever received. From my perspective, I never felt like my wishes or concerns truly mattered. Instead of feeling like my attorneys were prepared to fight for my case, I constantly felt pressured to settle. At times, it seemed as though resolving the case quickly was more important than pursuing the outcome I believed was fair. I understand that every case is different, and I am not saying every client has the same experience. I can only speak from my own. Based on what I went through, I never felt like anyone was genuinely advocating for me or treating my case as though it deserved individual attention. Morgan & Morgan advertises the large amounts of money they have recovered for clients. Those results may very well be accurate, but my experience left me questioning whether clients with smaller claims receive the same level of dedication as cases involving potentially enormous payouts. I felt like my case was viewed as one that should simply be settled rather than fought for. When you hire an attorney, you expect someone who will listen to your goals, explain your options, and respect your decisions. I did not feel that happened in my case. I left feeling unheard, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. If you're considering hiring Morgan & Morgan, I encourage you to ask detailed questions about how much input you'll have in your case and whether your attorneys are prepared to pursue litigation if necessary. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
