Despite our initial discussions and the expectations set, Mr. Salian failed to follow through on any of the agreed-upon actions. Throughout the process, he repeatedly provided misleading updates and excuses regarding the status of our case. It became clear that he had no intention of advocating for us effectively. Fortunately, we were able to recover our retainer, but the experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. The party that referred us has since made it clear they will never recommend him again. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Mr. Salian handled our matter and caution others to avoid working with him.
