- ACAdam Collins2 days ago1.0Y'alls intake team is a joke. They called me 3 times today, yet your firm brags online about how great your consumer protection department is. The low-IQ representative I got transferred to didn't even let me get to any important facts of the case before she went full-script bot, trying as hard as she could to talk over me and tell me no. It seems Morgan & Morgan doesn't like actual work and just wants a quick, easy insurance paycheck. Why even advertise a consumer protection department if you aren't interested in a professional commercial driver who got illegally screwed over by a multi-billion dollar DRP body shop chain that BLATANTLY violated the FMVRA and FDUTPA at the local and corporate level? They returned an initially pristine vehicle to me with DANGEROUS ADAS safety issues after calibrating sensors on a compromised, twisted structure they refused to properly test showing a complete disregard for human life and reckless endangerment. I have compounding commercial losses every week, plus 15 documented, provable lies submitted by the shop to an FDACS state investigator. In Florida, that equals $10,000 to $15,000 in statutory violations per lie for quick, massive settlement leverage along with fee shifting, fee multipliers up to 3x the normal rate. Your loss. Sorry I didn't fall in a Walmart I guess, "For The People"....pfft, whatever you say.
