  I am writing to formally address the recent telephone conversation regarding my request for legal advice Mr. Koplow. During the call, he noted that I had submitted two different forms. While I understand the need to clarify potential duplicate inquiries, I found the manner in which this was addressed to be unprofessional. Furthermore, when I sought guidance on communicating effectively with my landlord, about my situation, he implied that I was being deceptive, stating that instead of playing games with him I should let him know.." This assumption was unwarranted, as my inquiry was a straightforward request for advice. Additionally, the tone of the consultation did not facilitate a productive discussion. After I indicated that I had one final question, my 3rd final question, Mr. Koplow shouted, "NO THAT’S IT!!!!! That’s ENOUGH!" and terminated the call. I was speechless. This behavior was belittling and entirely unprofessional, particularly given the challenging circumstances I am currently navigating. I am a hard working individual and a taxpayer like most Americans and not some scheming individual so his behavior is not warranted. Maybe he was having a bad day and I was on his line at the wrong time? Who knows. I just felt it was unfair that’s all. Thanks anyways for answering my 2 questions though. Didn’t mean to waste your time.

  I had Sean Koplow as my attorney for my Chapter13 Bankruptcy. He was very knowledgeable and explained every detail of the bankruptcy procedure. I was glad to get such a friendly attorney that explained all the legal information that pertains to a bankruptcy

  My wife and I have only been in our Chapter 13 journey for 6 months but from filing to working with the trustee to make a reasonable payment plan Sean Koplow Bankruptcy attorney and Arlene as well as the rest of the team have been great. Any time we have had a question they have been very patient. I hope nobody needs the assistance of a bankruptcy attorney but if they do Sean is a great person to have in their corner. Thanks Sean!
