  I want to thank Mr. Victor Peña for helped me in one of my worse time with LTD Prudential. After SS approval I appealed with another firm, they never explained what happens after, they just limited to say "we dont do overpayment negotiations" then insurance demanded and harassed me by phone, email, mail to pay them almost $8,0000 over of what I received from Social Security, I couldn't pay what I didn't have. After looking for the best lawyer online with experience dealing overpayment with Prudential, specifically, I contacted him, made the appointment by phone, explained my situation and he surely knew what to do, gave me the options and in a lapse of few weeks I received the buyout agreement. He was respectful, kind and professional at all time. I am so grateful to God and Mr Peña for helping me. Take in consideration that buyout is not the 100% amount but to stop harassment from them, it's worth. Also, make sure to use all communication provided by the Law Firm Victor Peña because the quantity of clients they serve.

  Victor Pena Has been absolutely wonderful to me. When I found him online, I called him from my car. I was in a parking lot trying to figure out how to afford this week grocery before going in. He answered the phone self and talked to me for almost an hour. He said that he felt he could help me and he did. Not only did he get my claim settled, but for more than we originally thought. He is absolutely amazing. He has a heart, he listens, and he does everything within his power to get you what you deserve.
