  Today Mr. Rossi spoke with me for over 40 minutes answering all my questions fully and with clarity. He explained all the best and worst case scenarios and explained how he could help at every turn. Before speaking to him I was confused, didn’t know where to start, or what to do at all. He put my mind at ease, gave me a list of next steps and scheduled another meeting to check in on my list and his. Can’t thank him enough for getting me on the right track so quickly!
