  highly recommend Venessa Bornost, P.A. for anyone dealing with a traffic ticket. I was referred to her by another attorney after my accident, and she handled my case with professionalism and skill. We successfully defended the ticket — the officer didn’t show up — and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. The process was smooth, and I felt confident knowing my case was in capable hands.   She walked me through everything, and made my ticket disappear. Could not have asked for a better experience. If you have a CDL and need to fight a ticket, I would highly recommend Venessa Bornost.

  We have used the Legal services of Venessa Bornost, P.A. for 16 years, when she handled our first Tenant eviction. Our family has multiple Duplex rental properties and there has been a large number of issues with non-payment of rent, among other things that require the services of a good attorney. Venessa handled all of my Eviction processes, as well as an Ejection process that was needed to remove a squatter. Back in 2012, Venessa represented me in a Traffic summons case, where she successfully had the case dismissed. Venessa is readily available to discuss any issues and eager to answer all of my questions on Landlord / Tenant issues, as well as other legal matters. Her areas of practice encompass not only Real Estate and Civil law, but she has an extensive background in Criminal Law, including Felonies, Drug, Theft, Fraud, Assault and DUI cases. Thank Goodness that I have never needed her help in any of these areas. I highly recommend Venessa Bornost for any matters that you may have requiring legal advise or representation.

  Called for a consultation she was very rude said she only worked for landlords and said I wouldn’t find someone to help me not how you should do business...would not recommend her
