- JJJohn5 days ago1.0I am a paraplegic for 23 years. I wheeled threw a park in deland. I go down a part of sidewalk that was too steep and I slid off the edge of the sidewalk. I fell out of my chair and broke my left femur. I hired morgan and morgan because I went to winter park high school with some of his family and never thought I would recieve such horrible representation. Everything went fine for a year and a half other than every few months a new lawyer would take there place. Then after I was told for going on 2 years I get a call and the gentleman tells me that my case was "cap" I didn't even know what that meant but in a nutshell they dropped the ball somewhere and I received nothing. I still cannot work and my life has gone down hill ever since. Please choose carefully for a lawyer who isn't too big to handle your case. One more thing I left a 5 star review a year ago thinking everything was ok and great and it acted like my case was then closed. Terrible terrible terrible experience.

Ive called many times about opening a case with my local office and they turned it into a clown show by having intake all around Florida instead of the office right around my home. Them money grabbing company doesn't care if you cant travel.
