Immigration cases can be stressful and complex, but their team made everything feel organized, clear, and manageable from start to finish. I would especially like to thank Attorney Lydia Jung for her expertise, guidance, and professionalism. She was always attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cared about my case.   I had a wonderful experience from start to finish as we worked to obtain a spouse visa and a green card for my husband. Christy was my main contact as she supported working on my case. I very much appreciate her clear, timely, and friendly communication throughout this process! I asked a ton of questions, and I always felt she took time to help me. The office is very organized, and I knew upfront about what to expect for time, documentation needs, costs, etc. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience with friendly and professional support. It was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this office.

  The Immigration Law Firm of David F. Vedder, now known as Vedder and Jattan, P.A. came highly recommended to us and to all who read this review we highly recommend this firm to you. Over the last decade and a half our immigration requirements have been varied and at times complicated, but Mr. Vedder and his team of experts achieved success every time. Our first requirement was an E2 visa which involved a business start-up, 5-year financial plan, employment authorization documents etc... Mr. Vedder and his team navigated through this process step by step. We achieved our E2 visa and the Firm also helped us renew the E2 visa over the years. We then progressed to permanent residency with my husband applying as a person of exceptional ability. Mr. Vedder and his team were resilient and determined. Their knowledge and understanding of this complex application brought us success once again. Our ultimate goal was citizenship. However, my husband's application was not straight forward. Due to an immobilizing illness, which worsened during the application, he could not travel to the field office for his interview, and an accommodation had to be applied for. Thanks to Barbara Ujvary, [Sr. Legal Assistant], Lydia Jung, [Associate Attorney], and Veronica Jattan, [Attorney and managing partner] for their unwavering commitment and understanding of our case we are now proud and privileged citizens of the United States of America.
