  Very disappointed..! My son got sideswiped, flipped over, cannot work his normal jobs anymore, they only help if the guy has insurance.. my son got only for medical bills and he Cannot work because of this terrible accident. Thanks for nothing Morgan and Morgan Very sad.. he’s only 28. Not his fault! Lost his car, no compensation for That either Total Injustice. Should’ve gone somewhere else

  I had a slip and fall in great Wolf Lodge in January. Morgan And Morgan decided they were gonna take my case in February or March. They decided they didn’t want it because they didn’t wanna hurt great Wolff lodges business because that’s the only thing that was in that town in Georgia. Morgan And Morgan is not for the people. All I asked was that they pay for that trip I didn’t want any extra. I didn’t care Morgan &Morgan couldn’t make 50,000 on that claim so they decided to say forget you and they dropped it. They were very unprofessional. They did not keep up on the pictures were sent and information was put for for that claim, they didn’t care I would never use Morgan &Morgan and I will tell everyone I know not to use Morgan & Morgan. They’re too big for their britches because they are not for the people they are for the money no thanks Morgan & Morgan I wouldn’t give you the time of day.

  I’m extremely disappointed with Morgan and Morgan. I reached out to them because my son was killed in a car accident. I told them there was no one to sue in that regard. This was about the insurance company not paying out on a million dollar policy. I was completely up front about that. The only items they asked for were in regards to the accident itself. Within a few hours they declined to take the case. I was up front that this was about suing the insurance company for failure to pay. As soon as they realized that there was no one to sue for the actual accident, they immediately moved on and declined the case. My problem is, I told them exactly what the case was about. All they are looking for is a quick buck. Their commercial is bull. They only care about their pocketbook. Find someone who actually cares.

  I’m deeply disappointed in the way M&M mishandled this case. We are now 6 months post my son’s passing and absolutely nothing was done. No police reports obtained and no medical records obtained ( M&M said it was too expensive). John Morgan was horrified by the way his brother was treated by an attorney firm. After the wild claims M&M make on radio and TV they should be ashamed of themselves. We were now victimized twice. Sadly, M&M is truly not what they claim to be. “Our family protecting your family”. Pure nonsense.

  I always had phenomenal experiences with this firm, referred them to everyone I know representation in the past was flawless. Really seen them represent the people. However my representation I had this time left me so dissatisfied. Maybe they got so many cases that now quantity is better than quality. A simple claim is taking years to resolve, and mostly because the communication is very terrible. My attorney would contact me once or maybe twice a year. Sometimes I forgot I had representation. Then to finally express my grievance and no one cared or apologize. It all felt robotic. Communication is so important to me. Then when I asked if you have a problem with me my paralegal ignores my question. Im still confused, I was left with so many unanswered questions and never got my follow up neither. But instead to justify these behaviors my attorney tells me he has 300+ clients and that he cant reach out to everyone. So thats justifies important questions and responses to go unanswered and neglecting my case? I never got an apology from my attorney or his team. I really thought they fight for the people. I guess not everyone, because my attorney definitely never fought for me. Then I express my grievance now they really have an attitude with me. Meanwhile my claim has went downhill. Its very disappointing.
