- GDG DMay 14, 20261.04 years later I’m being served with a notice that my gun rights are being taken away after Jeff told me they wouldn’t. His response: “I don’t know what to tell you”. I didn’t have the money to take it to trial, and Jeff pushed for the first deal the prosecutor offered. Now I’m being denied jobs left and right, and have trouble finding apartments or renting homes because of my conviction. A misdemeanor, mind you. The responses to other clients who have left poor reviews show you how well they handle adversity. Would not recommend Jeff or Daytona defense if your goal is to move past your arrest. It’s been almost 5 years and mine is still haunting me. Update: I’ve been busting my butt in school and am about to be a certified respiratory therapist, only to find out my MISDEMEANOR battery charge is going to prevent me from that. Years of missing sleep, studying from night to morning, debt from school while being a full time worker.. all down the drain.. Thanks Jeff.
